  It was alright as far as the place itself. I went at 6:30 on a Wednesday. Take note gratuity is already included, so the waitress was just nonchalant, but a lot of places do it.
  
  They didn't start the hookah, they didn't leave/ have tongs which is bad cause they never came by to adjust the coal, but once the whole 1 hour I was there. Compared to other hookah places the service could use a boost. I know what Im doing with hookah so I improvised with car keys to move the coal and blowing through the hose to clear the base and bowl, and loosening the air valve etc. etc. but for people who don't know what they are doing that would suck. For people who are really serious about their hookah you'd probably be upset. I just hookah to hookah Im neither here nor there, but considering its new ; I will come back to check out the happy hour, its close to my house and my job. I would like to see it on the weekend.

  Not sure how this place is still surviving because their Hookah sucks (they don't know how to pack a hookah head), food is OK and their service is terrible. The owners hang in the back playing cards and doesn't seem to care at all about their business, the management have no idea how to manage (I recommend taking some sort of management training courses) and the staffs are just trickledown effects of the owners/management who is clueless and you literally have to wave them down to get something or else they come by your table once every 45 minutes. If you order a bottle of water, you have to wait 15 minutes to get it and anything else obviously takes forever; Fuzion is NEVER that busy for them to take that long to get their customers anything. I'd understand if the place was busy all the time and therefore there's a delay in service but it's empty majority of the time with only few people there. The men's restroom is always "out of service" so everyone have to use the women's restroom which is dirty, trash everywhere and just completely disgusting. I guess the only reason Fuzion is still in business is because of it's convenient location. If you're looking for a spot with good hookah and service, this is not the place.
  
  Fuzion owners/management, you guys have a great location and one of the few hookah spots in the springfield area, step your game up a little and you'll do great! I've been to your place one too many times and received shitty service, hence the reason for my negative review. Everyone I know that has been to Fuzion feels the same way and stopped going to your establishment, don't lose more customers!

  Came here during the summertime and wore a plain tank top and was refused service unless I wore a jacket.
  
  Drove 15 mins to get a jacket as my friends were already there. Entered only to see 3 more other guys in tank tops. Took my jacket off briefly cause it was hot only to have an attendant walk over and ask me to put it back on as it's their policy.
  
  Plenty of decent hookah spots in NOVA, avoid this deplorable establishment at all costs.

  Everytime I think about coming here I always forgive them for each experience. With that being said, I always end up being disappointed in the service. The hookah is always trash regardless with whatever the staff stands by (its their business why would they say bad stuff) and also, the waitress is so slow and has such a nasty attitude it makes me want to take my business somewhere 20+ minutes away just from that. Really wont be coming back anytime, even if the owner himself invites me to this wreck of a business. Hire someone who actually takes pride in what they do, not some random girl off the street looking for a job. Worst place for hookah in the entire dmv. Might as well stay at home rather than coming here and throwing your wallet down the drain.

  Seriously If I could give zero stars I could. the staff say around on their phones the entire time. It took 20 mins for an order of fries that I never got and to top it off there were straight up roaches crawling on the tables. I'll never be back myself.
